Invaders from Mars Film Locations

Tobe Hooper’s 1986 remake of the 1953 film of the same name used this house at Malibu Creek State Park. Now used as an administrative buildings for the park, the building is most famous for appearing in the RKO 1948 comedy “Mr. Blandings Builds His Dreamhouse”.

On one of my visits, I drove over to the area after a hike and snapped some photos.
