Such a strange television show from my youth. Bigfoot raises a kid to adulthood in the vast western part of the US. Now they team up to assist locals dealing with aliens, mummies, vampires, lizard creatures, … you get the picture. Some weird stuff.

The show started in 1975 as part of the The Krofft Supershow a Saturday morning live-action show on ABC. The show filmed a lot at Malibu Creek State Park, particularly near the Rock Pool and the and Planet of the Apes Wall, and Bronson Caves in Griffith Park.

Episode 1 – The Sonic Projector

Wildboy is lazing about the Rock Pool at Malibu Creek State Park.

Episode 2 – Black Box

If you watch the available episodes, you are going to see a lot of this cave at Bronson Caves in Griffith Park.

Episode 4 – UFO

Aliens visit the mountains in search of earth minerals. Earthlings are taken over and turned into human zombies to help the invaders.

Looks like the Aliens chose Bronson Caves to be their HQ.

Episode 5 – White Wolf

Bronson Caves again!

Episode 7 – Secret Monolith

Again, Bronson Caves and Canyon area.

Season – 1979

Episode 1 – Secret Invasion

We start out the new season at Malibu Creek State Park.

Episode 7 – Eye of the Mummy

Bigfoot dealing with a mummy at Malibu Creek State Park.

Episode 11 – Outlaw Bigfoot

And, we are back again at Malibu Creek State Park.
